Sausage Bowtie Pasta

Sunday Night Dinner, super easy and quick. There are lots of options for substituting other meats, veggies and low carb options. Just use Chilau as the base! Get fancy without it taking ages in the kitchen with this Bowtie pasta recipe.  


  • 1/2 Cup Chilau Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 Cup Cream
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1 Cup shredded cheese (4 cheese blend)
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 Box Bow Tie Pasta (12 oz)
  • 1 lb Smoked Sausage
  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • Chilau Original Seasoning
  • Chilau Garlic Pepper Seasoning



  1. Add a little oil to pot and add chopped chicken and season with dry spice as the chicken cooks
  2. Add sausage and continue to cook until chicken is done and sausage is crispy
  3. Remove meat from pot then add veggies, sun dried tomatoes, butter and sauté until tender
  4. Add liquids and stir
  5. Add cheese and stir until melted
  6. Add meat back to the pot and stir to coat
  7. Add cooked Bow Tie pasta and stir to coat
  8. Top with parsley flakes and serve
