Chilau Seafood BBQ

- All on The Grill

Put away the pots and grab some skewers, foil and Chilau Sauce. The seafood feast is all about feeding the crowd with marinated shrimp, blue crab, snow crab, snow crab, smoked sausage and corn. This preparation will surely make you an all-star at your next tailgate or bbq.



Parsley Garlic Topping:

Seafood Options:

  • Snow Crab Clusters
  • Shrimp Blue Crab
  • Sausage
  • Corn
  • Potatoes


  1. Marinate Shrimp in Chilau Sauce 12 to 24hrs
  2. Mix Topping ingredients in blender or food processor 
  3. Heat grill leaving one side without coals
 (indirect heat)
  4. Apply topping to all items and add additional Chilau Sauce over the top.
  5. Wrap Sausage, Corn and Potatoes in Foil and add water
  6. Wrap Crabs in Foil and add water
  7. Steam corn, sausage & potatoes until tender
  8. Steam blue crabs until bright red
  9. Skewer Shrimp and cook directly over coals 2min per side
